Shipping times are selected in the drop down lists for many products, and will be shown on the purchase receipt. Unless specified on the product page for the item ordered, the product should ship within 3 to 5 business days after order has been placed. It will arrive after that point according to the shipping that is selected. Please call if you need a rush on the order.
Returns are available for replacement, but not for reimbursement, within the warranty terms specified for each product. Customer must first obtain an RMA number by calling the toll free number noted at the top of each webpage.
Shipping for Returns is paid by the customer when shipping the product back to us.
